Cant stress enough how entitled the doorman at both venues thought they were. We asked to speak to managers in both places to which we were repeatedly told no. Let alone taking a picture without permission and sending it to other doorman. For somewhere that is for a community that screams for equality, they are an embarrassment to the LGBTQ+ community for discriminating again my straight friends on Saturday. 3 of the group were driving home so that was not the case. We asked again and again please can we have a reason why we cant come in, there was no one. Upon arriving at GAY Late, we were once again refused entry with no reason, door man was VERY rude and the door man at GAY had taken a photo of us and sent it to GAY Late to NOT let us in. On asking why we wasnt allowed in we were not given a reason but told to try GAY Late. We agreed but as we walked away, they continued to let 17 more patrons in. As a group of 5, we were refused entry as they had "hit their capacity". Being a regular customer for GAY, GAY Late, Heaven and GAY Manchester for years, when friends decided to visit me I suggested we head the GAY for some more drinks after having sat for a meal.
